How the Insights tab groups what people said.

The Insights tab lists major themes with a percentage and how many conversations they appear in. Representative quotes sit alongside, and each quote links to the turn.
The segment filter
If the study has a choice attribute, the first one becomes the segment control: a row of pills, one per value. Choosing a value recounts the themes from only the conversations with that value. The count under the chart is that segment, not the whole study.
Put the attribute you most want to cut the study by first. Cancellation reason before team size, if reason is the decision you are making.
