How the credits work
The trial
A new workspace receives 30 credits, once per workspace and once per email address. You do not need a card. When they run out, choose a monthly plan to keep interviewing.
Top-ups
Extra credits are only for an active paid plan, at that plan’s rate. They never expire, and they are spent after the monthly credits. Trial cannot buy them.
Rollover
Unused monthly credits roll over for the number of months shown on the plan, then they stop piling up until you spend some. Top-up credits do not roll off.
Abandoned interviews
Credits are reserved when someone starts, and charged when the interview finishes. If it is abandoned with fewer than 2 answers, the reserved credits are released and you are not charged.
