Open My Profile → Billing to see the current plan, Available credits, recent credit activity, and the options to change plan or buy more credits.
The free trial
A new workspace starts on Trial with a one-time credit grant. Trial credits sit in the subscription bucket. When they run out, choose a monthly plan to keep interviewing. Top-up credits are not available on Trial.
Monthly plans
Each paid plan grants a fixed number of credits every month. The pricing page and the plan cards on the billing page show the price, the monthly credit amount, roughly how many Standard interviews that buys, how long unused subscription credits roll over, and the top-up price for that plan. Prices and credit amounts live on the plan itself, so what you see there is current.
Choose a plan to open checkout if you do not have a subscription yet, or the billing portal if you are changing an existing one. Manage billing opens the same portal for invoices, payment method and cancellation.
Buying credits
On an active paid plan, next to Available you can buy top-up credits in any quantity at that plan's top-up rate. They land in the top-up bucket and never expire. Use them when you need more interviews before the next monthly grant. Trial and cancelled plans cannot buy top-ups.
Who can change the plan
Only the workspace owner can change the plan, buy credits, or open the billing portal. Other members can still run studies and use whatever credits the workspace has.
Recent credits on the billing page is a short ledger: trial grants, monthly grants, top-ups, reserves, charges and releases. Open it when Available does not match what you expected.
