Create your workspace
What you set up the first time you sign in, and what it is used for.

Insightful is one workspace per account. The first time you sign in with your email, you are asked for a company or product name and, optionally, a website. After that you can add a logo and brand colour, or skip and set them later under My Profile → Settings.
What the workspace is for
The name becomes the public first part of every interview link, like insightful.chat/northbeam/why-subscribers-cancel. It is also what participants see in the header unless you upload a logo.
If you add a website, Insightful drafts a short description of what you do and attaches it to every interview as workspace context. The interviewer can use that context. You do not have to repeat it in each brief unless a study is about something unusual.
What you can change later
Under My Profile → Settings you can edit the name, website and context, upload a logo, set a brand colour, choose whether new interviews are anonymous by default, and set how long transcripts are kept (6, 12 or 24 months). The public link slug is fixed when the workspace is created, so interview URLs stay stable.
