Closing a study
Stop new responses without throwing away the ones you have.

On a live study, Close study asks you to confirm. Closing sets the study to completed. The public link stays, but anyone who opens it sees that the interview has closed, with your name and a note that you are no longer collecting responses.
Conversations you already have stay. Overview, Insights, Conversations and Attributes keep working, and CSV export still downloads. Someone who already started is not shown the interview again as a new participant; the closed page is for people arriving after you stop.
Closing does not delete transcripts. Those follow the workspace retention setting, or you can ask for the workspace to be removed.
