When the microphone is blocked

If the browser refuses the microphone, the page says so: Your browser blocked the microphone. Allow it in the address bar, or switch to typing. If no microphone is found, it says they can type instead.
Switching to Text does not restart the interview. The transcript continues, and they can switch back to Voice once the microphone is allowed. Replay and Rephrase stay available on the last spoken question.
